Return Policy

All gowns are made-to-order (Custom Made) and cannot be returned unless there is an issue with sizing or quality caused by us.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, Nazik Fashion will cover the return shipping cost and either issue a full refund or remake the gown.

Returns are not accepted if you change your mind after production has started, or if the gown has been worn or altered by you.
